Design Fee
Mood board
Mood board - £400.00 + VAT per room this fee covers sourcing of all fabrics, wall and floor coverings, lighting, furniture, acquisition of samples and room survey.
Break point
You may choose to implement the designs yourself. The design board supplied will facilitate this
Supply Stage
Supply of materials – (Private commissions)
Fabrics, wallpapers, furniture, accessories, floor coverings etc, supplied at competitive prices. A detailed quotation is supplied for the client's approval prior to the placement of any purchase orders.
Supply of materials – (Commercial commissions)
We charge a negotiated handling fee based on a percentage of the total cost price of supply contract.

Payment of account
The design fee is to be paid in full upon engagement.

Another property renovated & styled by KD Developments Ltd
KD Developments purchased Tyisha Rd in June 2012 for £62,000 and resold in October 2012 for £90,000
The property consisted of 3 bedrooms and 3 reception rooms. The property was in need of a serious refurbishment. It had been neglected over the years and we could see the potential as many of the original features still existed.
Interior
We set about knocking down the wall between the old kitchen and the dining area; now taken advantage of the large open plan area, we introduced a reasonably priced kitchen with a stunning breakfast bar with ceiling pendants overhanging.
The ground floor toilet was outside, which we turned round and new walls erected to house a toilet & wash hand basin.
Many of the walls needed plastering and some of the coving was missing, we had this replaced by a local company who matched it perfectly.
The bathroom was a generous size so we took advantage of this and installed a P bath with shower.
Exterior
The back garden was a total mess, it had a raised area for table & chairs, this was uneven and had to be cleared, a new dwarf wall was built and turf laid.
The garage was re-rendered with pebble dash to match the house and we concreted the pathway leading to the garage and back lane.
12 weeks later KD Developments created a beautiful family home.
